How to participate

PARTICIPANTS

The economic and trade mission of La Francophonie is open to any company and any economic and investment promotion organization from a member, associate member or observer country of the OIF, operating in one of these economic sectors: agro-industry, sustainable energy, sustainable tourism, digital, pharmaceutical, cosmetics.

Entrepreneurs, investors, business service providers, promoters of business and investment projects

National trade and investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce and industry, French-speaking economic networks, professional groups, bankers, financing institutions.

Applications must be submitted before June 25, 2023 on the dedicated platform. Any incomplete application will not be processed. The IOF will select the participants, with the support of independent experts, taking into account the quality of the applications, as well as the criteria of geographical representation and gender equality.

Costs

Conference services, site visits, local transportation.
International transportation for a specified number of companies from least developed countries (LDCs), one person per company.
Accommodation for all international participants, one person per company and institution.

Presentation of the event

The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) is organising a fourth economic and trade mission. It will be held in Beirut, Lebanon, from 9 to 11 October 2023. The mission is part of a drive to promote French-speaking countries as destinations for trade and investment in the agro-industry, renewable energy and other sectors (digital, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and tourism). Through these missions, the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie aims to intensify business partnerships between companies from its 88 member states and governments.
